The Ecuadorian vice president Lenin Moreno is a candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize. This initiative was made by a group of Ecuadorians residing in Norway guaranteed by the assemblymen Celso Maldonado.
The vice president belongs to the Commission of Handicapped People of the National Assembly. Moreno has already sent his request letter to the Norwegian Nobel Institute for his candidature. (AV)
