Ecuadorian Artists Exhibit their works at Luis Noboa Naranjo Museum

Last night, Luis A. Noboa Naranjo Museum, celebrated Guayaquil festivities with an evening filled with art.

The Ecuadorian painter, Luis Alberto Medina, submitted his pictorial exhibition “Re-Enfoques” in oils and acrylics, his paintings always project high color strength, inspired by nature.

This exhibition is a retrospective of his work, who since 2002 does not expose his paintings in Guayaquil. His work was influenced the style paintings of Endara Crow, who was his teacher. Also, Luis Medina showcases recent paintings, with a “new vision” achieving a more recognizable identity to the proposal, mainly based in nature.

On the other hand, the jewelry designer, a native of Manabi, Maria José Zambrano, also presented her first collection of crafts called “Araviga“.

Maria Jose’s proposal presents necklaces, earrings and bracelets made of coconut shell base, roasted coffee beans, snails and vegetable ivory, known as tagua. The purpose of this product worthy of export is to make women beautiful with the message of protecting the environment.

The evening culminated with the presentation of the musical group Olé, who provided a show of rumba flamenco.
