Barcelona: Each game is a finale

Tonight, Barcelona Sporting Club seeks to beat Manta Football Club at the Monumental stadium in order to get closer to its fourteenth national championship and put and end to seasons of failure and frustration.

For this match, Barcelona will not count with Michael Arroyo, who was expelled last Sunday during the game against Deportivo Quito . However, Matias Oyola is back  after a muscular contraction, and also Carlos Gruezo, who returns after a date of suspension due to an expulsion.

However, the yellow team, with 38 points, cannot be declared champions yet, since Club Sport Emelec (2nd in the scoreboard with 33 points), still has three more games besides today’s match against Universidad de Loja soccer team, while the yellow team still has to face  Macara in Ambato and Olmedo in Guayaquil.

This date is completed with matches between LDU-Q vs Deportivo Quito, El Nacional vs Independiente and Técnico Universitario vs Olmedo.
