Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles accused the government of lying about the illness of President Hugo Chavez and the theme of the devaluation of the local currency and said it was time to leave the passivity and “organize” to deal with “entire amount of lies“.

“A few days ago liars said they spoke with the President, now say he cannot talk. They mock their own people,” Capriles said through his Twitter account, minutes after the government showed the first images of Chavez in two months.
