Duzac’s debt report was delivered yesterday

Julio Plaza Rada, attorney of Gaston Duzac, along with the COFIEC Bank were notified today of the total value that the Argentinean must pay for the credit of $ 800,000 he received from COFIEC.
Yesterday, Leticia Morales, the expert presented the report on the liquidation of amount and the interest on the provisions of a promissory note. The 24th Civil Judge, Fabricio Segovia, ordered the liquidation order at the request of COFIEC.
Such action was carried out in December 2012, when Duzac failed to repay the amount received, after passing the 120 days it had to pay. Morales delivered its report and awaits the party who received him, who shall say whether they agree or not in three days.
If they disagree a request of clarification or correction could be made, in which case the document is returned to the expert to correct the errors, if any.
If there are no comments, the report is approved and the execution judge orders Duzac to pay or resign goods within 24 hours. Meanwhile, Plaza Rada speculated that the debt would be around of $ 820,000 for the 90,000 already deposited. Yesterday Attorney General, Galo Chiriboga said that pending criminal matters continues to present the case in the National Court.
