A woman will raise up the legendary hammer of Thor

Through its website, Marvel Comics announced that the next to raise the legendary hammer of Thor, the “Mjolnir,” will be a woman. Under the motto: “Whosoever holds this hammer, if he is worthy, shall possess the power of Thor,” Marvel updates itself.

Will Moss, Marvel Editor, says that Thor will continue the task of creating strong female characters like the Black Widow or Storm. This new female super hero will be simply called Thor without  feminine epithets.
