Google remembers Mandela’s birth anniversary with doodle

Google has paid tribute to Nelson Mandela with a doodle where the company makes a trip in images to the life of the South African leader, born on July 18, 1918, through his most important quotes.
“The greatest glory is not in never falling, but rather always up” or “no one is born hating another person because of the color of their skin, their origin, or religion” are some of the words that Google wants to remember in the first International Day of Nelson Mandela which takes place without the presence of Madiba.
This day has been celebrated since 2009, when the UN decided that every July 18, the birthday of the myth of African politics, would honor his message of peace, democracy and freedom.
After the death of Mandela on December 5, this is the first celebration the African will not be able to enjoy.
