Joffre Campaña retracts his statements about Minister José Serrano

Joffre Campaña retracted his statements, with which the trial that the Interior Minister, José Serrano, followed against the attorney for alleged libel was filed.

Campaña asked the trial judge to archive the process after retracting himself. He first did it in his Twitter account @joffrecampana, and later before magistrate Whimper Ordonez during the adjudication hearing.

Campaña said in his twitter account: “I retract my criticism voluntarily, because the same, directed against the Minister of the Interior could have affected the citizen José Serrano, owner of the @ppsesa account, which is personal and not from the Minister of the Interior.”

Serrano said after the hearing: “We accept it,” referring to the retraction.
