Revenues and expenditures are not going at the same pace

The members of the Commission of Economic Regime of the Assembly expected, since July, that Finance Minister Fausto Herrera explains the economy scenario of this year. Instead, the officer sent a 432 pages report with all the information on revenues and expenditure of the government and some raise concern.

The 2015 budget has a huge hole in the item of oil revenues. According to the document, released in social networks by the independent Assemblyman Ramiro Aguilar, in the first half of this year 1,120 million dollars entered for effective oil resources (rate of sovereignty, taxation and export of derivatives). In the same period of 2014, the figure was 2.418 million. That is, 1,298 million dollars more.

Speaking of oil exports, the figure was even lower. In the six months of 2015, oil sales totaled 3.163 million. In the same period of last year the number exceeded 6.327 million. 3,164 million more.
