CAL qualified a political trial for Minister Augusto Espinosa

The Council for Legislative Administration (CAL) gave way Monday for the political judgment process initiated against Minister of Education Augusto Espinosa.
The case will go to the Audit board, according to a communiqué of the National Assembly.
The request for trial was submitted by Assemblyman of the Avanza party Bayron Pacheco, who accuses the Secretary of State for failing to comply with Articles 212, 227 and 348 of the Constitution, as well as the General Regulations for the Administration, Use and Control of Assets and Property of the Public Sector.
