Twitter accounts of Silvia Buendia and Ramiro Garcia Falconi are suspended

The Twitter account of human rights activist Silvia Buendia has been suspended. Similarly, that of President of the Bar Association of Pichincha Dr. Ramiro Garcia Falconi.

In both cases, claims have already been filed by Buendia and Garcia Falconi, however, Twitter still has not replied to the same, or has notified the reasons for the suspension of these accounts in the social network.

Silvia Buendia has told this website that she has been very careful, especially the past six months, of respecting the Twitter polocies, in order to prevent suspension. That’s why she is surprised by this situation and suspects that, to some extent, the suspension of her account is linked to the activities carried out in recent weeks.
