“I trust our country and I lead by example”, is one of the expressions that the Minister of Production, Foreign Trade and Investment, Pablo Campana, posted on his Twitter account on Sunday when he announced that in the next four years he will invest around $ 92 million in two real estate projects of his company Millenium.
Campana, before becoming Minister of State, had already excelled in the real estate sector with his company Millenium and before as manager of Pronobis.
He indicated that one of the projects is called Solaris, a 13-story building intended for medical offices and offices, whose total investment is $ 23.5 million. The other Millenium Towers, which rises in the sector of La Aurora, in the Daule canton 600 meters from the road to Samborondón.

“My commitment and that of my family is total for our beloved country, so we invest in Ecuador and generate sources of employment,” said the Minister, who has promoted the attraction of foreign investment to the country in several international tours to Asia, Europe, Middle East and more.
Campana explained that Millenium Towers comprises four buildings: Platinum I and II focused on offices; and the Titanium I and II projected for apartments, both with an initial investment of $ 24 million.
