Vice President Verónica Abad agreed to go to Israel

The vice president of Ecuador, Verónica Abad, referred to the appointment of President Daniel Noboa to be a collaborator for peace and prevent the escalation of conflict between Israel and Palestine. In a press conference, the Second President indicated that she accepts this designation made by the Head of State.

Abad indicated that, since he learned of this assignment, he has been working on the work plan that he will apply while fulfilling this designation, “since the success of my management will be the success of all of Ecuador,” he emphasized.

The vice president indicated that to comply with this designation she has requested support from international entities, which is why she sent letters to the UN Secretary and the embassies of Israel, the United States and China. Abad maintained that accepting this assignment is “for the benefit of the people and to guarantee constitutional stability,” and that for her the country is always “above any misunderstanding.”

Regarding the personnel with whom he will work in Israel, Abad indicated that he is waiting to know the details about the restructuring of the Vice Presidency in order to know who he will count on to fulfill this designation. As such, he indicated that he will wait until November 30, 2023 to obtain the information that will allow him to carry out his work in Israel.

The Second President took the opportunity to refer to the rumors that have been generated against her, especially on social networks, and accused the media of videos taken without context, that do not belong to her, and that do not go hand in hand with the proposals. of the now president Daniel Noboa.

Abad maintained that all his actions “have been to fulfill the Government’s plan,” which led them to win the early elections on October 15. And he asserted that you cannot play with people’s honor, which is why he has made the necessary arrangements for the competent authorities to investigate.
