Alleged Terrabienes manager is arrested

Jorge O. T., alleged manager of the Terrabienes company, was arrested yesterday afternoon when he was leaving one of his offices located in the north of Guayaquil, with the support of an arrest warrant issued by the judge of the case, which was requested by the prosecution.

The operation, led by prosecutor Julio Vacacela was carried out after 18:00. According to the Prosecutor staff, Jorge O. T. would have suffered a brokenness in his health and was taken to the Integrated Justice Unit to record his arrest to be later transferred to the hospital.

The detainee is linked to the scam of over 150 people in the purchase of homes through the Terrabienes company.
