Andres Paez presents complaint in the Supercom
Posted On 01 Jul 2014
The Assemblyman from CREO Andres Paez presented this Monday a complaint in the Superintendence of Information and Communication (Supercom) against public and seized media for not covering his complaints about events of “public importance”.
Paez said that since January 2012 he has denounced alleged irregularities in the tender for the integration of the National Court of Justice, by those who integrated the Judicial Council of Transition.
According to Paez, all the complaints constitute information of “public importance and, as such, should be disseminated in sufficient space and detail by the media”.
Paez asked the Supercom to determine whether the allegations are an act of censorship, established under the Communications Law.
