Google and Apple interested in Kodak patents
Eastman Kodak plans to auction 1,100 digital patents, and has so far received two offers from Apple and Google investment groups for amounts between $ 150 and $ 250 million, according to Wall Street.
Kodak, which is bankrupt, is selling patents that they believe could be worth $ 2,600 million, to pay its creditors.
Kodak’s auction is scheduled to begin today and the process of it, so far, remains confidential. (MZ)
