Armed Forces promoted two generals

Carlos Obando Changuán and Edwin Freire Cueva were promoted to the rank of Major General by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces. They held the rank of Brigadier General.

The  Joint Command of Armed Forces reported that promotions were made based on the stipulated laws and regulations, considering the work experience, merits, demerits and grades.

 The Upgrades will be formalized at a special ceremony, yet to be confirmed.
