Assembly will convene registration of organizations for consultation by Land Law

The Assembly will soon convene the communes organizations, indigenous, Afro-Ecuadorian and peasant peoples and nationalities to participate in the pre-legislative consultation process by the Organic Law on Rural Land and Ancestral Territories.

Organizations shall submit the letters to the Assembly for the respective qualification, prior to their participation.

The legislative pre-consultation will have four phases: preparation, public announcement, information and realization, and analysis of results and closure. This process will take approximately three months.
