Assemblyman Asks For Arguments to Withdraw from AP

Members from Alianza País party are demanding the departure of Assemblyman Virgilio Hernández for having an unruly character; however he wants arguments to withdraw from Alianza País.

This was caused because yesterday in the plenary session he addressed to the problems at the justice system, indicating “what? We have already forgotten who presides over the Court of Guayas or how controls the Court of El Oro?” This statement that was questioned by the assemblywoman Cynhtia Viteri; however Hernández denies that he disqualified the current President of the Guayas Court of Justice, Maria Leonor Jiménez, Viteri’s mother.

Yesterday, Assemblyman Virgilio Hernández (PAIS) said his statements did not intend to offend the mother of the legislator Cynthia Viteri (Madera de Guerrero party), who chairs the Court of Guayas, but alluded to the judicial system that operates in that province.
