Authorities received workshop on signing of agreements

Quito (Ecuador).Representatives of the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, the Constitutional Court and the National Assembly, attended to the “Interinstitutional Workshop on the Procedure for the Validity of International Instruments “, which took place yesterday at the Chancellery.
 
In his speech, the Presidency Legal Secretary, Alexis Mera, stressed the importance of this type of meetings, because it allows to coordinate procedures to be followed before and after the signing of agreements and international treaties, which triggers the effectiveness of what is being approved.
 
The subjects that will be analyzed at the meeting are: the Vienna Convention on the law of treaties, procedure for knowledge and ratification of international instruments, among others.
