Baltasar Garzon celebrated the Sweden-Ecuador agreement on Assange´s rights

After the legal agreement between the two Governments, Ecuador will allow the accused to respond to European authorities by the allegation of sexual assault against him since 2010. Assange is isolated in the Embassy of Ecuador in London and the aforementioned accusation is transacted in Sweden.

Garzon also added in the note that his client “just asks for respect to his fundamental rights and, among them, the recognition and respect to the asylum granted by Ecuador.”
