Barcelona Confirmed Gustavo Costas as the New Coach for Barcelona

This afternoon, the official website of Barcelona Sporting Club, following an agreement with the board of the institution confirmed Argentina’s Gustavo Costas as the new head coach of the yellow team.

Costas, 49, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and led the Racing Club (Argentina), Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia). He also won a championship twice with Alianza Lima (Peru), and once with Cerro Porteno (Paraguay).

The new coach of the Barcelona, will arrive in Ecuador in the next few hours with his coaching staff, composed of Pablo Cesar Fernandez and Ruben Oscar Ribas.

This upcoming Saturday April 14, Costas will be officially introduced on campus before training at the Monumental stadium. Although there is no confirmed time.
