Batista is out of the Argentinean Team

The Argentinean Soccer Association (AFA) announced last night that after the failure of the team in Copa America the trainer Sergio Batista was relieved of his charge. Ernesto Cherquis Bialo, spokesman of AFA, confirmed this action.
New candidates to replace Batista have already been taken on account, the upcoming trainers to take the responsibility of the team are Alejandro Sabella and Gerardo Martino, current ST of Paraguay. The Director of the AFA Committee of Selections, Julio Grondona, decided the destitution of Batista.
According to Bialo, the selection of the future coach of the team will be handled with ease, and the name of the chosen one would be mention after a week. (AV)
