Biess design a credit for alimony
Posted On 23 Jul 2014
The Bank of the Affiliate (Biess for its Spanish acronym), will offer a credit to provide immediate resources to parents who must comply with obligations of alimony, in order to prevent them to go under arrest. This was reported by Víctor Hugo Villacrés, President of the Directory.
“The father avoids going to prison, but the child can charge those resources that previously were impossible to charge,” he said. The official said that the proposal was jointly worked with the Minister of Justice Lady Zúñiga and has a “social background”.
The Biess expects to launch the product in the second half of this year. Villacrés anticipated that the credit and the conditions will be similar to an unsecured loan.
