The mayor of the city, Santiago Guarderas, through his personal account on the social network Twitter, invited the residents of the capital to join, starting at 9pm, this Wednesday, June 22, 2022, to “go out with whistles and pots” as a way of calling for peace.

“Let us demonstrate our democratic will by supporting dialogue and the cessation of violence and vandalism,” concludes the tweet published by the mayor.

It should be remembered that, in this same sense, Guarderas sent an open letter to the rectors of the universities thanking them for opening channels for dialogue and asking them to commit themselves to indicate the place and time.
