Canadian Judge drops charges to Justin Bieber
Posted On 09 Sep 2014
On Monday, a judge of Toronto, Canada, laid charges against singer Justin Bieber, who on December 30 of last year was arrested for hitting the driver of the limousine in which he was traveling with six other people. The decision was taken due to the lack of evidence that was Bieber who assaulted the complainant.
“There were several people in the vehicle sitting behind the driver at the time of the incident and the prosecution is not in a position to identify the person who made contact with the complainant beyond a reasonable doubt to the evidence available,” said Attorney David Mitchell, regarding the judge’s ruling. The singer has faced several charges of assault and reckless driving in the United States and Canada.
