Carnival holidays is enjoyed in different parts of the country

In accordance with estimates of the Ministry of Tourism, the Carnival holiday has motivated the mobilization of at least 1’100, 000 tourists in Ecuador.

The festivities began with activities such as parades of troupes and dances in different parts of the country.

Hoteliers and Tourism servers from Playas, Salinas, Montanita, Manta, Esmeraldas and the other beaches along the coast, ensures that at least the first two days of holiday, have been positive.

Besides the beaches, tourists have chosen the Festival of Fruits and Flowers in Ambato, parades, music and dancing in Cuenca and festivals of lights and troupes.

While in Quito, yesterday a day of celebration and foam in the Plaza San Francisco was lived. Today, however, the so-called “chichazo Amaguaña” will be performed.
