CFN raised more than $ 3.7 million in property auction

Goods such as tourist complexes, land and boxes at the George Capwell stadium, Club Sport Emelec (CSE), were auctioned by the National Financial Corporation (CFN acronym in spanish), which achieved a collection of more than $ 3.7 million.
17 bidders arrived at the award process. Each proposal was presented in a sealed envelope and presided over by Luis Villavicencio, general deputy manager of Institutional Management of the CFN.
One of the goods that generated the greatest expectation was the Hotel Complejo Turístico Costamar, located at km 6.5 of the Santa Elena road, via Capaes-Punta Blanca. This had six stakeholders and was auctioned at $ 3 million, including the financing value.
The other buildings were the Hotel Arenas, of the parish of Charopotó, province of Manabí; the Cascada Azul tourist complex, in the province of Los Ríos; the lot called Madre de Dios, of Chongón, in Guayaquil; and 15 boxes at the Capwell Stadium.
The resources obtained totaled close to $ 700,000, including the financing value. All the properties and products that were auctioned have a direct financing operation for up to 15 years.
In the coming months, the Corporación Financiera Nacional (CFN) will provide for the convening of a new auction process. (I)
