This morning, prosecutor Galo Chiriboga said that the case of the diplomatic bag responds to an international drug trafficker who sent drugs, and that the only responsible was Christian Loor, without involving any official of the Foreign Ministry.
“In Ecuador there will be no criminal liability by case ‘narco-suitcase’ because the suspects were tried in Italy (…)” said the prosecutor.
Chiriboga concluded by stating that the record for the suitcase would timely file and that those responsible are in Italy.
“The drug was introduced in Pouch in Guayaquil and everything is Loor Christian responsibility,” he concluded.
