Sketches during Rafael Correa’s weekly broadcast.

Each Saturday during the regular broadcast of President Rafael Correa, sketches are transmitted, dealing with government benefits and make fun of the opposition personalities.

These sketches, cost the state $ 87,600 plus taxes every six months, according to the contract published on the website of the Presidency of the Republic.

The contract states: “communication services for the production of visual sketches for citizen broadcasts and an Audio Program for Citizen Radio” for a periodof six months from July 1 to December 31.

The beneficiary of the contract is the journalist Ramon Adalberto Bravo Arteaga.

Secretary for Information, Veronica Alvarez, administers the contract. (MZ)
