CNE: option “no” won in 11 provinces while option “yes” in 10 of them

Earlier, until 10:30 on Sunday, of the 29,688 records 8,982 were counted, which is an equivalent of 30% of the votes.
The results of the examination by the National Electoral Council (CNE), until this morning, said “no” has won in 11 of the 24 provinces of Ecuador, although generally the “yes” option is the leader in latest results.This morning, Assemblyman Patriotic Society Gilmar Gutierrez with the Director of the National Electoral Council, Omar Simon, starred in a dispute over how he was counting the votes, where the results have a marked variation in relation to the polling data.
In the provinces of Bolivar, Carchi, Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Loja, Morona Santiago, Napo, Pastaza, Tungurahua, Zamora Chinchipe and Orellana, the “no” had a small advantage over the “yes.”
While in Azuay, Esmeraldas, Guayas, Imbabura, Los Rios, Manabi, Galápagos, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Santa Elena, and El Oro the option “yes” gained the most quantity of votes.
