CNJ presented three projects for the Ibero-American Summit
Representatives of the National Court of Justice (CNJ for its Spanish acronym) presented three projects that are intended to be incorporated into the work agenda of the XVIII Edition of the Summit, which promotes the articulation of all activities from themain theme: ‘Towards the consolidation of legal certainty, the culture of peace and social development’.
CNJ’s projects are: Compendium of relevant information failures of the specialized chamber for Contentious Tax Matters of CNJ of Ecuador. The legal security through a Latin American uniform jurisprudence, to be developed by a new specific working group and a model of communication processes for legitimacy of the justice administration in the scheme of contemporary government that would be developed by a new working group called ‘Transparency, Accountability and Integrity’.
Proposals will be reviewed and approved at the first preparatory meeting in Montevideo, Uruguay, from 4 to 6 August this year.
The Ibero-American Summit will be held in 2016 in Paraguay.
