Posted On 15 Aug 2014
Accountabilities of 855 public institutions, 435 media and 319 institutions of higher education corresponding to 2013 were not delivered.
Yesterday, the President of the Council of Citizen Participation Fernando Cedeño, presented the report of the institutions that have not fulfilled this obligation. Among the institutions that have failed are the Superintendences of Communication, of Control Market Power, of Banks and the Policy Management Secretariat, among others.
Carlos Polit, General Comptroller of the State, lamented the existence of institutions that do not meet this requirement. He pledged to make the respective management reviews and did not rule out possible sanctions.
