Costs of induction cookers varies from $ 156 to $ 680
On Monday Minister of Industry and Productivity (Mipro), Ramiro Gonzalez announced that 12 companies were qualified to market and manufacture induction cookers, to be launched from next August on 27 models.
Kitchens prices will range between $ 156 to $ 276 (2 stoves), from $ 254 to $ 326 (3 stoves), from $ 243 to $ 318 (4 stoves) and 4-stove with electric oven from $ 585 to $ 680. Additionally, they will have a 3 year warranty and can be paid through credit loans with a 36-month term. The value will be deferred from the electricity bills.
The 12 industries that were certified are Ecasa, Ferromédica, Electrococ S.A., Consorcio Ener Inteco, Fibroacero, DME, Mabe, Kangle, Haceb, Induglob, Motsury and Goldenage. 13 companies were submitted, but only one did not obtain certification.
