Daniel Betancourth Will Give An Online Unplugged Concert
Posted On 13 Apr 2011
Ecuadorian singer Daniel Betancourt’s online unplugged performance is coming up, “a completely different event to what has been seen before in Ecuador,” said Marisol Avellaneda, Events Coordinator and Manager of Pixel Sound, a company that will handle the lights and sound event.
The lighting and decor include wireless monitors to keep the stage “as clean as possible”, ‘direct’ boxes, LED panels of 90 by 90 inches placed around the stage where Betancourth will sing, and six towers (3 meters high each) LED panels have three each. “These panels will give a color to the whole environment,” says Avellaneda. “We also incorporated four robotic COE 700, they are big teams and we are going to bathe the stage with many colors and give a new look, since these devices send 3D lights and they are synchronized with the sequence the of artist’s songs,” which means everytime Daniel sings a song, the lightning will be different. “The background is black with a dark curtain, which will generate a contrast to the panels, there will be candles as well, this will create the right atmosphere for people to know what a true ‘acoustic’ is”. Avellaneda added.
This is the second organized by Ecuavisa.com interactive sound and will bebroadcast online on Thursday at 15h30.
