De Guindos Dismisses that Spain needs help from Eurozone

Finance minister of Spain, Luis de Guindos
This morning, the finance minister of Spain, Luis de Guindos, denied that his country has to ransom his European partners, despite the “Situations of irrationality in the markets.”
In Guindos told the media in full Congress of Deputies (lower house of parliament) will discard the rescue for Spain, that is, European aid to Spanish banks.
“It is a situation of enormous uncertainty and market volatility, which is being irrational approach,” explained De Guindos, who qualified that this situation is affecting not only his country, but also the whole Eurozone. Minister, the only way to act “goes beyond what is the capacity of governments.”
