Delegates for changes in the CNE

Last Tuesday the Council of Citizen Participation (CPC for its Spanish acronym) approved nine of the ten delegates of the five functions of the state to shape the citizen selection committees, responsible for the process to renew two of the five members of the National Electoral Council (CNE for its Spanish acronym).

Approved for the Executive function: Veronica Astudillo and Giovanni Bravo Rodriguez; Legislative: Gabriela Vallejo Flores and William Carrillo Espin; Electoral: Jaime Lopez Altamirano and Myriam Brito Estrada; Judicial: Doris Gallardo Cevallos and Simon Zabala Palacios; and Transparency and Social Control: Jaime Vazquez Laso. Jenny Orellana Roman did not meet two requirements and must be replaced within three days.
