Diego Garcia was appointed as the new State General Attorney

The Plenary of the National Assembly sworn in on February 5 to Diego Garcia as the new State General Attorney . The president of the Assembly Gabriela Rivadeneira took the oath.

The Council of Citizen Participation and Social Control (Cpccs) notified to the Legislature the inauguration of García as State General Attorney, held on Thursday, January 29, based on the triad sent by President Rafael Correa, which was also formed by Elsa Maria de Lourdes Santos Karolys and Marcos Édison Arteaga Valenzuela.
