Texas Oil rises and reaches $ 50.48

The price of West Texas intermediate (WTI) oil, benchmark in the market of America, closed yesterday with a rise of 4.19%, finishing at $ 50.48 a barrel.

On Wednesday, the price of WTI lost 8.67%. 

The price per barrel of WTI closed last year at $ 53.27, the lowest of the year, having reached $ 107.26 last June 20.

Meanwhile, Ecuadorian oil prices collapsed in December 2014 to $ 43.2 per barrel, according to data recently published by the Central Bank of Ecuador.
