Ecuador and Belarus meet to boost cooperation
Representatives of Ecuador and Belarus inaugurated yesterday in Quito, the II Meeting of the Commission on Trade and Ecuadorian-Belarusian Economic Cooperation, in which bilateral commitments will be reviewed in different areas in order to seek cooperation for a complementary development.
The inauguration of the meeting was attendend by the Ecuadorian Vice-Chancellor (e) Leonardo Arízaga; the Coordinating Minister of Production, Employment and Competitiveness, Richard Espinosa, and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko.
During the meeting it is planned to review the progress of bilateral commitments for defense, trade, strategic sectors, industries, science and technology.
“These days we will have a substantive agenda that will involve several ministers and both delegations will deepen the excellent relations between the two countries,” said a statement from the Chancellery.
