Ecuador drew 2-2 with England in international friendly match
Ecuador drew 2-2 in a friendly match against England at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, which represented the end of their preparation games prior to the World Cup Brazil 2014 .
The Ecuadorian team opened the scoring at minute 8 with a head shot of Enner Valencia, in the first minutes of the game England constantly attacked the Ecuadorian area.
It took several minutes and at 28 m, Wayne Rooney took advantage of a defensive confusion and scored the transient tie, with which concluded the first half.
In the second half, Lambert increased the score in favor of the English and scored 2-1. One of the controversial plays was the strong fault of Sterling against Antonio Valencia in the 77 minute, which generated the reaction of the Ecuadorian so the referee decided to expel both players.
The Ecuadorian team did not quit because of the attack and at minute 69, Michael Arroyo decreed 2-2 after a shot from outside the goal area, finishing the game.
