Ecuador participates in the gastronomic festival `Fiesta Latina 2014´ in India

In a hotel in New Delhi, the gastronomic festival “Fiesta Latina 2014” is being developed since April 2, and will last for 9 days. Representative chefs from Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Dominican Republic will gather and learn from this experience.
The Spanish Chef, Ramon Salto, is the creator of this event, who in conjuction with the embassies of the countries mentioned, made this proposal a reality, because he believes that Latin cuisine is totally unknown in India. This presentation will feature the most emblematic dieshes of the participant countries, plus music, dancing and samples of local products.
