A series of emails involving Jorge Glas, Ricardo Rivera, Tomislav Topic, Augusto Espín and others would reveal not only their relationship of trust but also their frequent contact to address several topics: telecommunications legislation, the appointment of officials, the fiber optics project with Telconet, meetings with Chinese investors.
