Exit Poll will be transmitted on three different media

This Sunday from 17:00 (once the voting process ends) an information alliance will be made between El Universo newspaper, Ecuavisa and El Comercio Newspaper to transmit data from the exit poll survey conducted by the company Cedatos-Gallup.

This work will be based on 18,000 statistical surveys in 23 provinces of the country (not carried out in Galapagos) and will publish only the information about the presidential candidates.

Polibio Córdoba, director of Cedatos-Gallup, said the exit poll will be covering urban and rural areas and will have coverage in three regions: Coast, Highlands and Amazon.

The exit poll interviews will start from 07:00 and end at 14:00. Interviewers will dress a shirt, hat and a blue bracelet with the name of Cedatos and also will carry a card that identifies them as collaborators of polling.

It is estimated that fifteen minutes after ending the elections, the final results of the exit poll will be ready.
