Facebook promotes the use of its 3D glasses

Facebook is trying to promote in Hollywood the use of their 3D Oculus Rift glasses, for which it paid more than 2,000 million dollars, said the technology blog The Information.
The internet company has submitted the invention to all the major studios and movie mecca and to some important directors, said the blog based on informed sources it does not identified.
With the glasses viewers could completely immersed in virtual worlds, and Facebook believes they could be used to complete additional materials or full films shot considering its use.
The glasses are not yet ready for their release and were initially targeted for ultra-realistic games. The purchase was made in July.
