Fans still await for Justin Beiber’s arrival

Just a few hours before the concert of teen idol, Justin Bieber, the fans this Canadian artist are preparing a big welcome, despite not being confirmed his arrival and the logistics of his transfers.

The administrators of the official Facebook page of Bieber’s Fan Club, ask the fans to “disguised or use masks to play Justin a joke for Halloween. The goal is to make Justin sneaks out to greet us .”

It is also recommended not to go to the airport to wait, because there is no confirmed time of arrival. It’s estimated once he arrives in his jet that the artist will travel  to the Marriot Hotel, in the city of Quito, in a helicopter.

More than 1,222 soldiers will be located in the stadium. There will be controls for drinking and narcotic substances, for that, the police squads from the  National Police Department for Children (Dinapen), Narcotics Unit of the Judicial Police, and Police Intelligence will be deployed.
