Favorable conditions for hotel investments are expected in South America

Arturo García Rosa, President of the American Conference of Hospitality and Tourism Investment, said that the private tourism sector would perceive favorable expectations for hotel investments in South America.

In Quito is taking place the seventh edition of the conference. 450 businessmen participated in this event, in which the situation of the hotel sector and the business opportunities to increase inversions were analyzed.

Garcia Rosa noted that “beyond economic and financial projections,” it is expected “an immense transformation in the hotel and tourism investment in the next fifteen or twenty years in the region”.
