Forbes magazine, one of the icons of American capitalism, will soon stop bieng a family business and will be controlled by a consortium of Asian investors. Who will seek to expand the presence of Forbes on Internet and social networks.
The amounts of the operation, advanced on Friday by the magazine itself, have not been revealed, but according to The New York Times, the sale values the company at $ 475 million.
