Posted On 20 May 2015
Doctors of the US mission Project Perfect World will conduct until Friday 22 of this month, highly complex surgeries in children between 1-18 years old with scoliosis and hip problems.
Doctors will also donate semi functional or static polypropylene splints for children aged 3-6 years old who have clubfoot, special problems or cerebral palsy, and corsets for patients with scoliosis that can not be operated because of their age and require this mechanism to maintain their spine upright.
The traumatology and orthopedics medical staff of the Roberto Gilbert Elizalde hospital of the Charity Board collaborates in this work.
