Vice President without functions Jorge Glas assured on Tuesday that he took vacations because he authorized it himself. “The issue is very simple, do not think too much, I was the highest authority of my institution, which had administrative autonomy (the Vice Presidency of the Republic), then I authorized the vacation for two months because I had never taken a vacation. In fact, in ten years I have not taken a vacation.”
